LeadDriverPRO is a product of Integrity Optima, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Integrity Optima, LLC.

These Terms govern your use of the website and our communications programs. They do not set the commercial terms of any engagement.

If you become a client, a separate written service agreement governs the scope of work, fees, billing, term, cancellation, and ownership of deliverables. Where these Terms and a signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use this website or submit a form.

Requesting information, booking a call, or receiving a proposal does not create a client relationship. Pricing shown on the website is subject to change. Final pricing, scope, and terms are set in a written service agreement signed by both parties.

The website includes case studies, performance figures, and client results. Those figures describe outcomes for specific businesses in specific markets over specific date ranges, and are reported from platform data available at the time of publication.

Past results do not guarantee future results. Search rankings, lead volume, call volume, and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithm changes, competition, market conditions, seasonality, pricing, and how a business responds to the leads it receives.

We do not guarantee any specific ranking, lead volume, conversion rate, revenue figure, or return on investment.

Ownership of websites, content, accounts, and other deliverables is governed by your written service agreement and varies by plan. Terms differ between subscription plans and project engagements.

Where a service agreement is silent, ownership of work product remains with Integrity Optima, LLC until fees are paid in full and any conditions in that agreement are met.

Accounts you owned before the engagement, including your domain, your Google Business Profile, and your advertising accounts, remain yours.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, layout, code, and the LeadDriverPRO name and marks, are the property of Integrity Optima, LLC and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the website without written permission.

Third party names and marks referenced on the website, including those of other marketing companies, belong to their respective owners. Reference to them is for comparison and commentary and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

You agree not to use the website to violate any law, submit false information, submit another person's contact information without their permission, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the operation of the website, or scrape or harvest data through automated means.

Program Description
Integrity Optima, LLC, operating as LeadDriverPRO, may send text messages and emails and place calls to individuals who have provided their contact information and opted in. Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, account notifications, and promotional offers.

Consent
By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website, you authorize us to contact you by call, text message, and email at that number and address. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Most contacts receive 10 or fewer messages per month.

Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

Opt Out
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation message, after which you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mohave County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date. Continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Integrity Optima, LLC regarding use of the website, and replace any prior agreements on that subject. They do not replace a signed service agreement.
