Agency Review | 2026
Scorpion Marketing Review
Contract terms, website ownership, and what actually transfers when you leave.
LeadDriverPRO is a contractor marketing agency founded in 2025 by Jeff Kelsheimer and Brad Bokath, both from construction backgrounds. A brand of Integrity Optima, LLC, based in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Serving HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and electrical contractors nationwide.

Scorpion publishes more about its contract terms than most agencies in this category, which makes this review easier to write and more useful to read. Everything below comes from their own published answers.
The short version: twelve months on marketing technology and SEO, month-to-month on advertising, and a website you own the content of but not the platform it runs on.

Who Scorpion Is
Founded 2001. Headquartered in the Salt Lake City area per their own materials, with offices in California, Texas, and New York. Several hundred to over a thousand employees depending on the source, which is worth stating as a range because the published figures vary widely.
They work across legal, healthcare, franchise, and home services. That breadth is the single most important thing to understand about them. Scorpion is not a trades specialist, and whether that matters depends entirely on what you want.
A generalist at that scale brings pattern recognition from industries that solved problems the trades have not. A specialist knows your seasonality without being told. Neither is wrong.

Contract Length
From Scorpion's own FAQ: they typically require a twelve month contract for marketing technology and certain marketing services including SEO. Digital advertising services such as Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and Meta are typically month-to-month.
That split is worth understanding before you sign. The advertising you can stop. The platform and SEO you are committed to for a year.
Most agencies in this category do not publish contract length at all. Scorpion does, and that is worth acknowledging.
What You Own At Termination
This is the question driving most searches for this page, and Scorpion answers it directly.
From their FAQ: after the contract term completes, the domains, content, and imagery are yours. They transfer ownership of Google Analytics, Google Local Services Ads, social media accounts, and website content. You receive the website's static files, design assets, and content.
What you do not get is the platform. Scorpion builds on a proprietary content management system, and their own comparison is that you would not own WordPress either. That is a fair analogy as far as it goes.
Where it stops being a fair analogy: a WordPress site can move to another WordPress host. A site built on a proprietary CMS cannot. Their FAQ says it plainly. You will need to work with another vendor to rebuild your website on a content management system of your choosing.
So the accurate summary is that you own the contents of the house and not the house. Whether that is acceptable depends on how you expect the relationship to end, which is worth thinking about before it starts rather than after.

Who Scorpion Appears Built For
Multi-location operations and larger businesses that want one vendor across the entire marketing and intake stack. Websites, SEO, advertising, reviews, chat, lead management, and scheduling in one place.
Their published website timeline is four to ten weeks depending on scope, which suggests a process built for volume rather than for a bespoke build.
If you are a single location contractor who wants to be able to leave without rebuilding, the CMS question matters a lot. If you are running twelve locations and want one number to call, it matters much less than having everything in one system.
What Is Not Published
Pricing. Scorpion does not publish rates and we are not going to estimate them.
Ask directly, and ask specifically whether the number includes ad spend or sits on top of it. That single question changes the real figure more than anything else on a proposal.
Also ask what happens in month four if it is not working, given that the technology and SEO commitment runs twelve.
Alternatives To Consider
RYNO Strategic Solutions is the closest comparison for a home services contractor. Home services only since 2008, and they publish a flatter ownership commitment.
Hook Agency is smaller, publishes its pricing openly, and works heavily in roofing and HVAC.
LeadDriverPRO, which is us, is two founders and no account manager layer. We are a young company and our client work currently spans HVAC, junk removal, window installation, excavation, framing, and painting.
The honest version: if you want one vendor for everything across multiple locations, Scorpion is built for that and we are not.
The Short Version
Multi-location operations wanting a single vendor across web, media, CRM, and intake.
A single location contractor who expects to change agencies and does not want to rebuild a website.
What happens to the website at termination, in writing, and whether the quoted fee includes ad spend.
