Marketing Built For Home Service Contractors
Different trades sell differently. The system adapts.
LeadDriverPRO is a contractor marketing agency founded in 2025 by Jeff Kelsheimer and Brad Bokath, both from construction backgrounds. A brand of Integrity Optima, LLC, based in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Serving HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and electrical contractors nationwide.
See how the system works30 minutes. Mostly us asking questions. No deck, nothing to sign.
An emergency plumbing call and a roof replacement are not the same sale. One is decided in minutes by whoever answers the phone. The other is researched for weeks and won on trust built long before anyone calls. We work in four trades and build for the way each one actually sells.
Trades We Work With
Four trades. The framework underneath is the same and the execution is not.
HVAC
Seasonal swings, replacement tickets, and emergency calls that go to whoever answers first.
Plumbing
Emergency urgency, high ticket repipes, and main line work that turns a bad day into revenue.
Roofing
Storm cycles, insurance versus retail work, and long sales cycles that need follow-up.
Electricians
Panel upgrades, EV charger demand, and service work driven by homes that outgrew their wiring.
Not On That List?
Those four are where most of our work sits, but the system does not care what is on the truck. If a homeowner searches for what you do, calls whoever answers first, and decides based on reviews, this applies to your business.
- General Contractor
- Handyman
- Landscaper
- Excavating Contractor
- Window Installation Service
- Framing Contractor
- Painting Contractor
- Garage Door Contractor
- Fence Contractor
- Concrete Contractor
- Masonry Contractor
- Pest Control Service
If your work happens at someone's home or property, the same five stages apply. What changes is which one is broken.
What Changes Between Trades
Four things move, and they move enough that a single plan applied across all four produces mediocre results in each.
Ticket Value
A service call and a full system replacement can differ by a factor of twenty, and they often come from searches that cost about the same to win. That gap decides which keywords are worth competing for and which are busywork.
Sales Cycle
Emergency plumbing work closes in minutes. A roof replacement can take six weeks from first search to signed contract. Reporting that measures a campaign at 30 days will call a roofing program a failure while the contract is still in the pipeline.
Seasonality
HVAC swings hard twice a year. Roofing follows weather events nobody controls. Electrical is steadier and driven more by home upgrades than by breakdowns. Plumbing has emergencies year round with a spike whenever it freezes.
Urgency
Some of this work is chosen and some of it is forced. Forced work goes to whoever answers first. Chosen work goes to whoever the homeowner already trusts. Those require different marketing entirely.
What Stays The Same
Underneath the differences the requirements are consistent. You have to be found before the homeowner calls someone else. You have to capture the contact rather than lose it to a missed call. You have to respond before a competitor does. You have to be the company that looks like the obvious choice when someone checks. And you have to know which of those produced the job, or you are guessing about where the next dollar should go.
That sequence is what we call The Revenue Engine, and it does not change between trades. What changes is which stage is broken and which one to fix first.
For a plumbing company losing calls during service hours, capture and convert come before anything else. For a roofing company between storm cycles, attract is the whole problem. The diagnosis comes before the plan.
