Agency Review | 2026

RYNO Strategic Solutions Review

Home services specialization, asset ownership, and what they do not publish.

LeadDriverPRO is a contractor marketing agency founded in 2025 by Jeff Kelsheimer and Brad Bokath, both from construction backgrounds. A brand of Integrity Optima, LLC, based in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Serving HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and electrical contractors nationwide.

RYNO publishes one thing more clearly than almost anyone in this category, and does not publish several things most contractors want to know before a call.

This review covers both.

Disclosure

Most pages with this title are written by an agency that ranks itself first. This one is written by an agency too, so read it accordingly.

Who RYNO Is

Phoenix, Arizona. Their site states they have served the home services industry since 2008. Home services only, across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and adjacent trades.

Owned by EverService Holdings following a 2023 acquisition. They have since merged with Blue Corona, which was also an EverService company. If you were comparing RYNO and Blue Corona as two options, they are now one.

That ownership structure is public information and it is worth knowing. Acquired agencies often change account teams, pricing, and service levels within a year or two of a deal. That is not a criticism, it is how acquisitions work.

Google Premier Partner. They operate a proprietary tracking product and launched an AI call analysis tool in 2025.

What They Publish About Ownership

This is where RYNO is clearer than most.

From their own site: "At RYNO, you own 100% of every asset we create for you including your website. The code, content, imagery, everything."

That is a flatter commitment than the category norm. Note specifically that it includes the code, which is the thing most agencies building on a proprietary platform cannot offer.

We would still get it in writing. Not because there is reason to doubt it, but because a marketing page and a contract are different documents, and the contract is the one that governs. Ask any agency to put ownership terms in the agreement, including us.

Specialization

Home services only since 2008 is a meaningful credential in this category. A specialist that long has seen every seasonal cycle, every platform change, and every version of the problems a contractor brings to a first call.

The trade-off with any specialist is that the playbook is refined and therefore less likely to be reinvented for your situation. Whether that is a strength or a limitation depends on whether your business is typical for the category.

If you are a standard HVAC or plumbing operation, a refined playbook is exactly what you want. If your business is unusual, ask how much of the approach is adjusted per client.

What Is Not Published

Three things a contractor would reasonably want before a call, and RYNO does not publish any of them.

Pricing. No published rates. Ask directly, and ask whether ad spend is included or separate.

Contract length. No published minimum term. Ask what it is and what leaving early costs.

Client size fit. No published guidance on who they work best with. Ask where you would fall in their client base, whether you would be typical, large, or small. Being the smallest account at any agency is a worse outcome than being a typical account at a smaller one.

None of this is unusual. Most agencies in this category publish none of it. It is only worth noting because RYNO is unusually clear on ownership, which makes the silence on the rest more visible.

Who RYNO Appears Built For

Established home services contractors who want a specialist with scale and a long track record, and who are comfortable with an account team structure rather than direct owner access.

EverService ownership means resources a small agency does not have. It also means a layer of decision making that a founder-owned shop does not have.

Which of those matters more depends on what you need. Scale is genuinely useful. So is being able to call the person who does the work.

Alternatives To Consider

Scorpion is larger and works across several industries beyond home services. Their contract and ownership terms are published and worth comparing directly against RYNO's, because they differ substantially on the CMS question.

Hook Agency is smaller, publishes its pricing openly, and works heavily in roofing and HVAC.

LeadDriverPRO, which is us, is two founders and no account manager layer. We are a young company and our client work currently spans HVAC, junk removal, window installation, excavation, framing, and painting.

The honest version: RYNO has been doing this since 2008 and we have not. If a long track record in a specific trade is what makes you comfortable, that is a real reason to choose them.

The Short Version

Best fit for

Established home services contractors wanting a specialist with scale and a long track record.

Worst fit for

A contractor who wants to work directly with owners rather than an account team.

Ask before signing

Contract length, early termination cost, and where you fall in their client base by size.
